What are the age requirements for Student Members? While FCEA would be open to mature 7th and 8th graders, it will be designed primarily for 9th through 12th grade.

 

What are some Educational Chapter Activities? Reading to younger students, shadow teaching, student teaching, school and community service projects

Who are chapter officers? President, Vice President, and Secretary are appointed by the school facilitator

 

Do students receive awards? Yes! FCEA has an incentive program with suggested awards the chapter can give to students. Awards banquets will be planned for regions.

What makes FCEA fun? Field trips to colleges or book publishers, competitions and contests, fundraisers and more.

​

Is there a fee for students to participate? Chapters may choose to charge a student member fee. These funds will be used within the group for their own activities.
